Carrina Chan has over 20 years of working experience in F&B and retail chain industry in HK, Macau and China. She currently holds the position of the Managing Director of Saint Honore Cake Shop Limited, member of the Li and Fung Group. Carrina is responsible for overseeing the retail operations in Hong Kong and Macau and she also takes up the advisory role for the cake shop operations in China.
Born in Hong Kong and educated in HK, Canada and United States, Carrina is the first year graduate of the EMBA program jointly conducted by the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University in the United States and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She also holds an Honorary Bachelor Degree in Administrative Studies from the Trent University in Canada. Carrina is now an Advisor of the HKUST Business School of Management.
